Chapter One

A beard, a classroom, and a kitchen

Two educators. One real beard. A whole lot of love for kids and Christmas.

Meet Clyde

The beard came first. The children followed.

Clyde didn’t set out to become Santa. After thirty years as an educator — reading to first graders, mentoring teenagers, holding the attention of every age in between — he just kept growing the beard. One winter, he put on a proper Santa suit (not a costume from a party store), and a child reached up to tug it. There was no elastic. No glue. Just the real thing. The look on her face is the reason he keeps doing this.

Now he sits with nervous three-year-olds and skeptical twelve-year-olds, and he listens. Patience. Presence. The unhurried gift of being heard. That’s the difference families notice.

Meet Pam

She’s the one who turned a visit into an experience.

Pam is the other half of this story — and not because she puts on the dress. She’s the one who looked at Clyde’s visits and said, “What if we made it something they could hold in their hands?” Also a career educator, she has the rare gift of lighting up a room and pulling shy children right out of their shells.

Then she walked into the kitchen, tied on her apron, and the whole thing changed. The kids who wouldn’t talk to Santa? They’ll happily decorate cookies with Mrs. Claus. Now she runs the show, flour-handed and grinning.

We’re not a company. We’re Clyde and Pam — two educators who found out that the best lesson we could ever teach is that the magic of Christmas is real, if you know where to look for it.

Chapter Two

When Mrs. Claus puts on her apron, the kitchen becomes the North Pole.

Forget the photo line. The Santa Cookie Project is the experience Pam built because she knew — really knew, from a lifetime of teaching — that children remember what they make with their own hands.

  • 01
Flour on their hands. A real apron, a real rolling pin, a real cookie they cut themselves.
  • 02
Sprinkles to choose. Mrs. Claus walks every child through it — the careful artists and the enthusiastic dumpers alike.
  • 03
A cookie to call their own. They walk away proud, frosting on their cheeks, holding a Christmas they made.

Chapter Four

Where you’ll find Santa & Mrs. Claus

Every setting is different. We don’t do cookie-cutter visits. (We bake them.)

Home Visits

The visit families talk about for years. Santa Clyde walks in like he’s known your kids forever — because, after thirty years in classrooms, he knows how to. We sit, we read, we listen. Frosting optional but encouraged.

Schools & Classrooms

This is where our background shines. We know how to hold a room of kids because we’ve been doing it our whole careers. Santa reads. Mrs. Claus leads. Teachers tell us it’s the highlight of their holiday week.

Parties & Gatherings

Family reunions, church socials, neighborhood get-togethers, corporate family days. A real bearded Santa in a setting that feels warm, calm, and very much not a mall line. The portraits end up framed.

Cookie Project Add-Ons

Add a Santa Cookie Project to any visit and watch what happens when children get their hands floury. This is the thing parents tell us turned a Christmas visit into a Christmas tradition.

Chapter Five

A few kind words

★★★★★
My daughter is still talking about “the real Santa with the real beard.” She showed her cookie to everyone who came to the house for a week.
Hannah M. — Knoxville, TN
★★★★★
Mrs. Claus had thirty kindergartners decorating cookies and somehow not one of them ended up in tears. That’s actual magic.
Ms. Greene — Elementary Teacher
★★★★★
You can tell they love what they do. Our family is booking them every year from now on. Worth every cent for the photos alone.
